Chapter 1

Waking Up

Good Morning

I'm here. That's enough.

Good morning! A new day is here. I choose to say thank you — even for just one tiny thing. That's a great way to start.
Let’s Talk

What's the best thing that has already happened to you today?

Feelings

A Little Smile

When I smile, something opens up inside.

Sometimes things feel hard. Sometimes I just don't feel like it. But when I smile — even just a little — something inside me says: it's okay. A small smile can open up something big.
Let’s Talk

What made you happy today?

Chapter 3

Movement

My Body

My body loves to move.

My body just woke up. It wants to stretch, move around a little, and take a big breath. Not a lot. Just a moment. And already — everything feels better.
Let’s Talk

If your body could speak, what would it say to you right now?

Chapter 4

A Quiet Moment

Breathing

I breathe. I come back to me.

I breathe in. Slowly. I breathe out. Slowly. My body feels it. My heart gets quiet. I come back to myself. You can always come back.
Let’s Talk

Is there a place inside you that you can always return to — what is it like?

Chapter 5

What Goes Inside Me

Food

Food helps me grow strong.

Everything I eat goes inside my body. It gives me energy, helps me think, and makes me feel good. I don't have to eat everything. I'm learning to listen — what does my body need today?
Let’s Talk

If one meal could describe who you are — what would it be?

What's Inside

Water

Water wakes me up from the inside.

Water goes inside my body and wakes everything up. It helps me think, move, and feel great. One glass of water can feel like a fresh start.
Let’s Talk

What helps you start fresh when a day isn't going well?

Chapter 7

Who's in Charge?

Screens

I get to choose when to stop.

Screens are bright. Fast. Fun. But my body matters too. And my eyes. And quiet time. And real play. I can choose to stop. That's pretty powerful.
Let’s Talk

What's the most fun thing you did this week without a screen?

My Body Fixes Itself

Sleep

While I sleep, my body works for me.

When I'm asleep, my body is busy. My heart rests. My brain sorts out the day. My strength builds back up. Sleep looks after me even when I don't notice.
Let’s Talk

What's the last thought you love to fall asleep with?

Chapter 9

I'm Not Alone

Family

I belong somewhere.

I'm part of something. I have a home. I have hearts around me. Even when things aren't perfect, even when we disagree — I'm not alone. I have a place in this world.

What's the sentence you'd most love to hear from someone?

Chapter 10

Listening to My Body

Gentle Movement

My body speaks — I listen.

My body knows what it needs. When I stretch slowly, breathe, and stay a little while — I feel myself from the inside. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to be perfect. Just move gently — with a quiet smile.
Let’s Talk

Which part of your body do you love the most — and why?

Chapter 11

One Small Choice

My Day

Every day begins with one small step.

I don't need to know everything. I don't need to be perfect. I can choose one small thing that feels good today. And that's enough. Really, it is.
Let’s Talk

If you could change one small thing about your day — what would it be?

A personal word

A Few Words From Me

I'm a father. Like many parents, I wanted to give my child everything they would ever need to grow and thrive in this world. But over the years, I came to understand that the things that matter most aren't things you can buy. A few moments of real presence. A good question before bedtime. A small smile in the morning. Gratitude for what already is. This book was born from my own experience — from mistakes, from longing, from deep love and a simple wish: to help parents and children pause for a moment. To breathe. And to remember that every day can be a wonder day. If even one conversation in this book opens one heart a little wider — it has already done its work.
With love, David Eliav
